The Global. After almost a year in office, the hundred days of courtesy will be conspicuous by its absence. The new head of the Spanish Health has pending duties from the last legislature beyond the future challenges that she will have to attend to. The first of these is the Royal Decree on Prices and Financing. The most transcendental work of the last legislature was left at the gates of its publication and it will be now when it seeks its legislative anchorage. Together with this rule there is also the possible modification of Royal Decree-Law 16/2012. The Prime Minister has already warned that he will not back down on some reforms, but the Socialist Party is looking for a patch that includes universality in health care. The new owner will have to negotiate in this regard.
