After several stoppages, the Generic and Biosimilar Medicines Plan of the Ministry of Health and the pharmacy directorates of the autonomous communities is facing its final stretch, on the way to its approval in the Interterritorial Council. The official name of the initiative is "Action Plan to Promote the Use of Market Regulatory Medicines in the National Health System: Biosimilar Medicines and Generic Medicines", and it has aroused comments for and against it of all kinds.
