The purpose of the document is to establish general bases for a shared profit plan (gainsharing) in biosimilars using fundamentally the change (switching).

The final objective is to serve as a general framework, which must necessarily be adapted to the specific circumstances of each Service/Clinical Unit, for the start-up of one or several profit-sharing pilots in relation to biosimilars.
